1. Responsible for the office work of the company, preparing, organizing, and arranging various meetings held by the company, and recording the meeting minutes;
2. Responsible for the management of company archives and the identification and statistical management of various documents and materials;
3. Responsible for coordinating the work of various departments and companies, supervising and inspecting their work situation;
4. Responsible for drafting, collecting, organizing, and promoting the company's documents (including reports on relevant documents submitted to government agencies), contracts, and other administrative documents;
5. Responsible for assisting the company in establishing, revising, and supervising the implementation of various management rules and regulations;
6. Familiar with office software such as Excel, Office World, etc
